Antoine Bourgeois of Memramcook East passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2010 at Dr George L. Dumont Hospital at the age of 78.
 Born on June 9, 1931 in Memramcook East, he was the son of the late Edgar Bourgeois and the late Alice Richard. He worked at CN until his retirement.
He is survived by his wife Clara (LeBlanc) Bourgeois, two daughters, Dorine (Réjean) Bourgeois of Memramcook East and Yvonne (Norm) Cormier of College Bridge, three sons, Paul (Joanne), Charles and Yvon all of Memramcook East, four sisters, Rita (late Henrie) LeBlanc of Dieppe, Emilie (Eddie) Butler of Memramcook Lake, Rosanna (Norbert) Bourgeois of Memramcook East and Emerise (Jacques) Boudreau of Grand Barachois, four brothers, Ulysse (Eva), Clovis (Leonie) and Franky (Angela) all of Memramcook East and Albert (Carmella) of College Bridge, four grandchildren: Denis, Marc, Nancy and Jean-Luc and by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son Gérard and one sister Zina.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home and the Funeral Mass will be held at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Memramcook East on Tuesday, January 19 at 7:00 pm. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
